Modern Shed provides pre-fabricated small buildings for residential use. Offered in four sizes (10' x 12' to 13' x 25'), these prefab home units are designed to be "accessory structures" providing additional, multi-use space (think studio, office, craft room, shed, etc.). The Cabana prefab homes are sold as a kit of parts, shipped for on-site assembly with simple tools. The prefab home designs incorporate green materials, energy efficient prefab designs and multiple finishing options.
